      Interview process was thorough CEO is willing to listen to your ideas and if it can be implemented she definitely follows up The CEO is very approachable and understanding and trusts her employees and does not micro manage them Colleagues are really nice to work with You are given opportunities to try new things and learn as well

      Pros

      I think: - The responsabilities you've got - The fact To deal with important clients such as Orange or Prudential - The fact that you feel you are building business structures - The Team is friendly, helpful and listen To you.

      Cons

      There are downsizes in every company. I think the semaines is the missing structure and authority. But its quite normal because the produit le unique and innovative so we have to improve the structure. That's what is great finally ;)
