- Excellent learning environment, especially as a junior employee - Management supports continuing education and team socials - Collaborative and supportive colleagues at all levels - Strong teamwork and knowledge-sharing culture - Opportunities to gain experience in various aspects of geological engineering

Great people to work with.
Cons
The office work often easy and well compensated, the field works however are the opposite. Some project coordinator think of the people on the field as lesser and management/ principal are doing nothing to address the issue The company has expanded in such drastic way the last couple years that it has lost it’s way and heading for dark water. All of the people from the start are either leaving or looking for other job opportunities. Speaking as one myself
