3yThank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling great. If you currently work here, please come sit down with me so we can better understand how to support you. I understand that not every customer wants to talk about their cell phone plan while in a store. I started in your same position and it helped me to focus on helping the customers that do want to talk about saving money on their account. I also appreciate your feedback on the job time. It's definitely a full-time job and you will work 40 hours or sometimes even more. The good news is you get paid for all the hours you work so it does mean more money :)
