      Pushing cellphone plans to people that are minding their business shopping.

      Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling great. If you currently work here, please come sit down with me so we can better understand how to support you. I understand that not every customer wants to talk about their cell phone plan while in a store. I started in your same position and it helped me to focus on helping the customers that do want to talk about saving money on their account. I also appreciate your feedback on the job time. It's definitely a full-time job and you will work 40 hours or sometimes even more. The good news is you get paid for all the hours you work so it does mean more money :)

      -Performance-based growth -Work hard/play harder culture -Good compensation opportunities for an entry-level job -Training and improving your sales techniques are learned from the best in the buisness

      Cons

      -Needs more fun -Less intensity once in a while -No safety net if your performance lacks(lack of hourly pay)

      Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you felt that we compensated you well and that you were able to further develop your skills. And I agree with you, we do like to create a competitive environment. I can see how, at times, we might get a little too competitive and we need to lighten it up. In the last few months we've made some changes to bring a more fun environment to work and I think everyone feels like it's better. On the cons side I'm confused by your response of no safety. We have offered an hourly pay since our first day in business and while you need to hit targets to earn additional commissions, you will ALWAYS get paid the hourly even if you didn't do any sales. Regardless, thank you for your feedback, it helps us always focus on getting better.

      Pros

      Started with Googlobal 9 years ago and I have loved it ever sense. With the Googlobal team I have had the opportunity to grow my career and work with some of the most influential leaders in the company. My favorite part about this organization is the culture. Although we work hard to achieve our goals, we have a strong team environment and a lot of fun. Not to mention I have been able to travel various parts of the world with Grooglobal, which is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Working here is not always easy. Grooglobal has a lot of opportunity for those who want it. In these 9 years I have been able to develop my career to give me the work, life balance that I need, but I had to work to get here. This is not a clock in clock out job. It is an opportunity to build a career.
