I have learnt more in 2 months in my current job then what I learnt in GreyB for almost year and a half
Inexperienced managers
There has been times when I started working from 8 am in morning till 2-3 am till night for big projects
Often used to receive calls from my mentor for minor edits in word reports even after 12 am at night
Senior members try to interfere personal matters
Bare minimum holidays, workings on saturdays. I have worked with almost zero holidays for like 3-4 weeks straight. There will be many I repeat many instances where mentors will force you to work on weekends to finish the project. I remember my manager telling me it's my mistake if I didn't complete my task in 9 hours so you should work beyond regular timings or even weekends to cover since company pays you to complete your task in 9 hours.
Difficult to switch this company or even field because of zero skills gained
If you are from good govt colleges you shouldn't even consider sitting for the interview
I have seen senior teammates who are 4-5 years into this field regretting the decision of joining and learning absolutely nothing
Worst HR team, knows nothing about what goes inside a team and are puppets of senior management
Once you are 6 months into this job you'll realise that you are in the worst place possible and instant regret will cause you to perform even worst
You'll learn about new invention or tech but will forget everything about it once new project comes in hence net learning is zero and skills gained is absolutely nothing
Think before you join here
