Pros

Zero technical skills gained. Should be the last option for btech students from good colleges who can get jobs in a tech field with some more effort. If you don't like putting brains into work and just read stuff collect information and put it in a place then this place is perfect for you. You'll learn definitely learn how mentors break or make your career based on their mood. Initial few days or months might be 8-9 hours of usual worktimings and then managers will make you work 12-14 hours easily, on positive side this is a huge learning.

Cons

I have learnt more in 2 months in my current job then what I learnt in GreyB for almost year and a half Inexperienced managers There has been times when I started working from 8 am in morning till 2-3 am till night for big projects Often used to receive calls from my mentor for minor edits in word reports even after 12 am at night Senior members try to interfere personal matters Bare minimum holidays, workings on saturdays. I have worked with almost zero holidays for like 3-4 weeks straight. There will be many I repeat many instances where mentors will force you to work on weekends to finish the project. I remember my manager telling me it's my mistake if I didn't complete my task in 9 hours so you should work beyond regular timings or even weekends to cover since company pays you to complete your task in 9 hours. Difficult to switch this company or even field because of zero skills gained If you are from good govt colleges you shouldn't even consider sitting for the interview I have seen senior teammates who are 4-5 years into this field regretting the decision of joining and learning absolutely nothing Worst HR team, knows nothing about what goes inside a team and are puppets of senior management Once you are 6 months into this job you'll realise that you are in the worst place possible and instant regret will cause you to perform even worst You'll learn about new invention or tech but will forget everything about it once new project comes in hence net learning is zero and skills gained is absolutely nothing Think before you join here

Pros

- You'll be learning a lot of things in a very little times and this remains constant. - There's a great work culture, where people are accepting of you in every way. - Even though you'll be given a hierarchial position in the team, you'll never feel like that (Every opinion matters, regardless of it coming from someone at a associate position or the upper management level). - The directors of the company are great and can be reached out to for help anytime. - People put their health first.

Cons

- There is always some feeling of competition, which some might find stressfully but it is good motivator for growth. - Sometimes project timelines can be really tight so you'll really have to put in long hours of work.

Pros

If you are in infringement, there are opportunities for growth and the chances of both creating opportunities for yourself or getting opportunities. That comes with a requirement that IP domain is something wanna create your career in.

Cons

If you are coming here for just some company for part time or trial for survival, this may get hard for you. If you have some other vision in mind apart from IP, its gonna be very difficult for you to be satisfied with the job even though you perform and achieve good.
