Pros
Has a great culture. What I appreciate most is that people are genuinely valued here. The company invests heavily in both professional development and employee well-being. There are structured training plans, culture awareness programs, one-on-one check-ins, and a clear focus on aligning performance with personal growth. Initiatives like the Leadership Code show that leadership is intentional about helping employees thrive, not just deliver.
Cons
The one I noticed is about streamlining some processes and all of those are already being worked on.

Pros
Greenpeg really cares about helping people grow especially young individuals coming into the professional space. There are a lot of trainings, chances to move up, and support if you want to keep learning both from the CEO and other staff. It’s a smart, forward-thinking place with great people and meaningful work.
