Pros

Has a great culture. What I appreciate most is that people are genuinely valued here. The company invests heavily in both professional development and employee well-being. There are structured training plans, culture awareness programs, one-on-one check-ins, and a clear focus on aligning performance with personal growth. Initiatives like the Leadership Code show that leadership is intentional about helping employees thrive, not just deliver.

Cons

The one I noticed is about streamlining some processes and all of those are already being worked on.

1.) Great place to start your career and grow with young-minded colleagues 2.) Salary paid on time. 3.) Conducive working environment and good working tools 4.) Great place to learn and lead departments and complex projects 5.) Exposure to local and international professionals. 6.) Read Pros #1 and #4 again

Cons

1.) Negotiate your BASIC salary well, typically get a 5-10% annual pay rise. 2.) Bonuses and commissions are paid on sentiments 3.) Role promotions, local and international trainings are mostly based on being liked by the senior management and CEO. 4.) Member of staff automatically becomes an enemy when you decide to resign. 5.) Members of staff get micromanaged 6.) Members of staff get to work outside working hours a lot of the time. 7.) No job security, even if you are performing greatly. 8.) Read Cons #1 and #4 again

1. Prompt salary payment. 2. Consistent vibes for young people. 3. Good environment for picture backgrounds.

Cons

1. Micro-management from management. 2. Promotion, salary increase and bonus payment is based on how good you are with eye-service. 3. Every employee that leave is made an enemy. 4. High attrition rate.
