      Good location and free parking

      Cons

      - No HR department, so forget trying to address any concerns you may have have. And if you have the courage to do so, be prepared for a politician's response. - Every employee movement is recorded. You have to log in manually in the morning, evening, and even during the lunch hour. - Employees are strongly discouraged from socializing. - No flexible hours. - 30 minute lunch. - Smoking is permitted in the warehouse, so the fumes waft through the building, polluting everyone.

      Disorganized, unfriendly and difficult work enviroment

      Pros

      As a small company with no middle management between you and the President there is a theoretical opportunity for you to take charge and spear head new ideas and projects.

      Cons

      No middle management and a boss who dose not understand or appreciate good design practices. Unrealistic goals in turning around a completely disorganized and abandoned graphics department (previous designer left company without notice) while simultaneously expecting me to learn a new industries paralegal details (regarding packaging and technical specifications) and a looming trade show with no work done towards preparing the booth. Was let go after 2 months, just as I was beginning to understand and pick up my pace in the work place.
