Pros
overtime after 8 hours in california. If you're High school buddies with anyone here you will get a raise and promoted faster than following their training guidelines.
Cons
favoritism, gaslighting, management doesn't care, raises and promotions not based on knowledge but who your friends with. HR is useless, plant manager and maintence manager clearly dont care about employees either. will take them over a year to learn your name in a field of less than 40 employees they see almost daily. HR rep says she needs to see the plant more... comes once a year for a scripted end of year insurance brief.
