      Good benefits nothing else to recommend

      Do not recommend they would run me almost 1.5 hours to 2 hours before I hit my first stop and then I had to run my route ! (Burn out city ) Sales manger could care less she just sits at home all day and when you bring issues up she acts like she cares and then nothing ever gets fixed, when you follow up with up with her about the issues days later she doesn’t even remember what your talking about. Sales manager will have you meet her in the morning and she never shows up on time. Typically 30-45 min late as you sit in the parking lot waiting. Commission and pay checks are always wrong, my last paycheck was shorted also with no explanation! Do not work here …..

      Horrible sales support, questionable sales tactics advocated

      Work flexibility. Relative independence. Uniform allowance.

      Cons

      Teaches unethical sales tactics, such as “assume the sale” which means sell and invoice products that the customer does not request. Quietly advocates progressive price increases as a way of revenue generation. Absolutely does not place a high value on customer retention, instead anticipates customer attrition and focuses on constantly replacing customers that object to such sales tactics. Sales commissions are reversed when an account is 90 days delinquent, regardless if the salesperson is actively involved in collections or not. These “commission chargebacks” are never returned to the salesperson, regardless if the delinquency is resolved or not. This sum averages hundreds of $$ each year. This is a highly competitive industry, and Green Guard as an institution is constantly being outperformed by its competitors.

      Good job to have if moving up the ladder isn't to important

      Take better care of employees. Awards and holiday bonus or something would be nice
