Pros
Stable company with ambitious plans for growth. Opportunity to earn bonus if the company achieves its quarterly targets. Earlier finish on a Friday which prolongs the weekend and it has the feel of a family company (summer family events etc.).
Cons
Some of the shared areas and offices are tired and could do with a refresh. This would help attract a new generation of staff.
