Pros

Work on high-profile projects Can bring pets to work

Cons

The owner can't emotionally regulate and takes it out on his employees. He also talks badly about them behind their backs. There is no support system or proper channels. They run through employees, especially the production team overly quickly leading to the rest of the team to be confused and trying to figure out what to do and then sadly falling behind of which the team will be yelled at for. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

Don't do it

Pros

The artists, editor, and I/O coordinator were extremely friendly.

Cons

The cons were everything else. I figured I would try this company out for myself, even after reading these scathing reviews and it was one of my biggest mistakes. Not only is the CEO extremely sexist and misogynistic, but he has entirely let the company fall apart. I walked in on him calling a woman a derogatory word and attention seeking because of a picture she posted wearing a bikini online. His personal problems have clouded his judgement so much that we received no new projects after having two pulled; even after assuring everyone their jobs were safe, he let people go. Just don't do it. Even if it means holding out longer for a different job, by GOD, don't do it. Also, three days of sick time over the course of a full year; no vacation time is pretty damn stupid. Also also they have an extremely ineffective HR department that don’t follow up on any sexual harassment claims filed.

Pros

It's a well know studio

Cons

They hire people with less experience than they need and expect a little too much of them. I was a Jr artist and was given tasks with a really fast turn around time. I feel as a jr artist, speed is the largest hurdle.
