Pros

You can work as much as you want. Great place to work to study poor management and the trickle effect.

Cons

Management is beyond horrible, no concern for staff or clients. Unlimited job stress.

Pros

Good support staff. Talented, caring people.

Cons

Top management is dishonest. I was sold on the concept of work/life balance but shortly after hire, was told that one of my managers was retiring and I was expected to absorb all of her duties. I ended up with all her work and most of the Controller job, as well. When I was let go, it was shortly after receiving a perfect review (for the 2nd year in a row) and I was one day late on a project, even though I was working 50-65 hours per week for the previous month. That's their definition of work/life balance.

Pros

The employers are great and make a great effort to be supportive. The clients are usually sweet, and the work is fulfilling.

Cons

The pay is not high. The work hours are according to the clients needs and so they are subject to change very often.
