Pros
The product is one of the best remote monitoring and management tools on the market so selling the product is fairly easy once you get a customer to see it in action. Health insurance is paid for by the company. The people and culture is great and makes coming into the office enjoyable when you have such great coworkers.
Cons
No 401k and stock options. The product is missing a few key components that are now being implemented but needed to be implemented a few months back. No more free lunches.
