You get your first payment one time, so they can gain your trust.
Cons
Disorganized company. On boarding nightmare. Was promised but never received a written Employee Contract. No culture. No office. No Warehouse. Pick up your load in a random parking lot. You are on your own. No payroll. You are paid via Venmo app ( if you get paid) . Others have complained about NOT being paid. Dishonest CEO. STAY AWAY!! RUN!!
