They lead me on to believe I had a stable position in the company, only to suddenly lay me off with zero explanation. It went from "we have you lined up for this new position" in one phone call, only to fire me on the next call. Upper management restructured everything without regard to how it would affect employees. They also didn't inform or discuss ending my employment there with my supervisor beforehand. Sales and upper management promise certain features to customers without regard for how long it will take to actually implement them in the software.
