      Pros

      Nice people around, good office facilities (pingpong table, pool, coffee machine). Education allowance is available as well.

      Cons

      Low pay, no healthcare. Managers often turn deaf ear to you, especially when you are right.

      Pros

      Great team – very hard working, really smart, good fun and look out for one another. Cool city centre office space. The coffee is good. Excellent training allowance available. The goal is admirable, trying to make real world change.

      Cons

      Poor benefits (no healthcare, pension or paternity leave - one month maternity pay). Parking is not provided. Communication could be a whole lot better. Decision-making seems to be impetuous and knee-jerk, without clear strategy. Pay is bad.

      Pros

      Good opportunity in a supportive environment where employees have the chance to explore how their individual strengths fit into the larger organizational structure. At Carma, it's your choice to sink or swim; if you are willing to put in the effort to make Carma's vision a success, your voice will be heard by management. Creativity is not suppressed with a small team.

      Cons

      Small teams with big ambitions and personalities means long hours, disorganization, and incomplete projects. Sometimes it can feel like every decision is a momentous one because there is no process in place to implement - but generally it's a positive work environment. Such is the life at a start-up.
