Pros

There's some really excellent staff in individual departments that will have their talent shine through in other organizations.

Cons

Biggest con out of many: CEO (Micromanagement. Distrusting. Fickle Minded) The worst part about this is how so many staff actually know how bad he is to the company but yet suck up to him in order to get ahead. To lose talented people constantly while believing that outdated methods for a dynamic industry is the only hard and fast rule will be the company's downfall. There's a terrible culture of backstabbing and sucking up to higher management. Experienced executives will leave. Fresh graduates or industry joiners will have their confidence smashed. People who know their stuff always get sidelined as upper management always feel that they know best. And here is where the saying "It makes no sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do. We hire smart people to tell us what to do" needs to be drilled in. In the long term, their strategy and execution will bear no fruit as what they've planned is not what the industry wants.

Pros

Co-workers are skilled, kind and noble. Working hours most of the time okay. Salaries paid on time. Office culture is very conventional.

Cons

The pay is very low for the amount of work that is given. Even if you get paid higher, that means you will be set for slavery. The resources are very limited and will not be easily expanded compared to the work load intake resulting in eternal hopes of recruitment. Working hours is 9-6 but sometimes goes for 9am-5am next day and will not receive overtime or off days. And perks will be nil. Promotions will be there, but not pay-wise. Training is very minimal to none. Not much growth and very poor management. Working hours not very flexible.

Pros

Good co-workers with great potential

Cons

The boss doesn't listen to anyone and will always want his way. While talking so much about building the team spirit and taking care fo people, he doesn't do that at all... in fact, he only cares about his own kind. Many good people left. On the front with clients, its all good, they don't see the mess at the back... No sanity in this place...
