High expectations. Can be intense.

1. GiveDirectly Kenya is slowly becoming ethnic and non inclusive. Most senior and mid-level roles are now only going to two tribes. When there is a global opening, you have higher chances if you are Kikuyu or Luo..not sure if it is by design but you'd notice that if you check the organogram 2.
