      Pros

      Amazing teams with great people. The company itself is too big and loses a personal touch. It often feels like you are just a cog in this massive machine.

      Pros

      Friendly work staff, nice physical location and environment. Some degree of autonomy and collaboration. Incredibly smart and hardworking owner, just not strong with management or trustful in delegating tasks both high and lower level.

      Cons

      Indecisive leadership, tendency to get mired down in small-level decisions instead of focusing on big picture needs. Long-term plan is not clear. Lack of delegation or willingness to try new directions.
