Compensation package sucks. When it is all said am done you actually make less than minimum wage The DMs are allowed to talk and act however they want corp office protects them at all costs Management is pushed far beyond normal stresses Managers are to do all these extras while still only allowed to be clocked in for 8 hours New country CEO is shady and sneaky. Has been caught in several lies with no accountability Work culture is great until the dms scream and holler They are non inclusive. If a disability is present they will find reason not to hire
