Management micromanages. Senior employees are not willing to mentor, you’ll be made fun of for being straight out of high school, and they don’t care about your mental health. They choose favorites and they are downright unprofessional in handling situations. There is also no room for career advancement. It’s a dead end. You go the career path that you want to go.
