Pros

I enjoy working with the majority of my co-workers who are friendly, well-educated and eager to help when needed. No problem taking time-off when asked. Good benefits, fair/good pay.

Cons

Not always sure of the role certain positions play and not certain of opportunities that will develop long-term.

Pros

GenSpring is one of those companies that was founded on small company principles with the desire to take care of its employees by paying them well and rewarding a job well done.

Cons

Since the change in ownership it has lost a lot of its small company feel and is constantly asking its employees to do more with less.
