Pros

- flexible time (tutors choose their time to teach classes + who to teach) - remote, no need to commute to an office. Teach from anywhere - great for 1st year students in coding to learn about fields they are not knowledgeable about

Cons

- low wage even - payment always gets delayed - pay cuts for minor stuff. - students always come first: we have to stay in the meeting for a long period of time even the student is a no-show, even when wasting our time - bad management
