There was little to no direction given and what was given wasn't followed through. The opportunity could be there but if the owner isn't willing to put money into marketing to drive the leads then how does sales actually do their job? The work was sloppy and then when customers would call and complain they wanted the sales person to try and just get out of it. Totally unprofessional.
No payment terms for products. Franchise system is led by one family that allows limited input from experts and franchisees. No diversity on the franchise advisory council.
