Pros
Salaries are ok however bonuses are non-existent.
Cons
I'll try and list most of them 1) no paid sick days 2) the real management is all Chinese and in Hong Kong. North american management (than answers to HK) is all Chinese. Therefore if your not Chinese, this company is not for you 3) Management (chairman, president) do not understand how to manage North American staff. Industry knowledge is very limited. 4) HR department is subservient to upper management and not at all helpful. 5) company reputation is absolutely terrible.
