Pros

- A healthy work environment that targets long term growth and sustainability over short term gains and crunch. - A sizable Health Spending Account, a generous expense policy, and flexible work hours/location. - Everyone is able to contribute to the creative vision of a project, regardless of your job title.

Cons

I can't think of anything to write here ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Pros

Gamemode One has been putting in a lot of effort to shape a company culture that is beneficial to both the employer and employee. Employees here enjoy a lot of freedom in how they work; including flexible hours, unlimited time off, and a non-adverserial relationship with leadership.

Cons

Gamemode One is a young company and sometimes falls into the traps that growing companies tend to. The company has changed a lot and seems like it will continue to change, and while these changes are largely for the better, it does create some instability while working here.

Pros

- Work with amazingly talented people day in and day out. - Work with people who encourage your growth and inspire you but also trust that you can do your job well. - We get to work on amazing products and often innovate and raise the quality bar within our industry. - I have grown so much culturally and professionally while at Gamemode One and have felt supported to do so. - Trust in your expertise and knowledge is paramount; freedom and responsibility are a cornerstone of how we work.

Cons

- Being a small company, you sometimes might need to work beyond your job description but this not forced upon you.
