      Most of the people are great.

      Cons

      As someone said when I first started and asked why something was still being done a certain (archaic) way......well, that's just how we've always done it. Ouch

      Great Company to work for as an intern

      Pros

      Had a great boss who was very understanding of my being a full-time college doing part-time work and was very trusting of my ability to do the work.

      Cons

      A lot of busy work as a researcher, but the work is all necessary to keep the quality Philanthropedia's recommendations.
