Pros

Excellent company to work for, Management is super understanding and the hybrid schedule makes work life balance great. Very generous with PTO and I learned a lot in a short amount of time.

Cons

The work can seem overwhelming at first but once you understand the industry and procedures it becomes second nature.

Company culture, management invests in all employees, benefits, customer events

Cons

Occasional work outside of business hours. This is due to customers/vendors being located in different time zones which really can’t be avoided in the logistics industry.
