      Relaxed work environment but problematic bonus structure

      The work environment is relaxed and quite with a friendly work culture

      Cons

      The bonus structure is a mess as of May 2026. It's unachievable. Currently its structured as a 3 tier bonus and our most experienced project managers are not achieving the lowest tier.

      It’s not a difficult job, you are home most nights, paid drive time. Good company to work for.

      Cons

      Bonus structure isn’t the best if you work overtime it comes out of your bonus payout.
