Easy to start working with lots of help from many teams Large Technical teams Multiple technology options to work (from core java, to latest spring and other technologies) Freedom to learn, use, work on new technologies Strong bespoke frameworks so a lot to learn, provides a very good knowledge of core technologies, anyone wants to learn new tech. this is best place to work
Cons
Evolving processes although this can be in pros given that there is lot of scope of adding, setting new processes, so a good building block for someone who wants to implement their own process from scratch
