      Pros

      The first thing about G&R pops up in mind is the work environment. Friendly & Fun. They have some really good people with really good skills there. They have a top notch product & more are coming. They have a lot of potentiality. G&R is a fascinating place to start career.

      G&R has issues with focusing, goal setup and resource management.
