Indeed, our shifts are not short and one of the main reasons for that is to provide a wide window of time where one will have enough room to get to know the financial markets and identify opportunities. We believe that it requires much time and hard work to be in sync with different global markets, and based on our experience we observed that it is very unlikely that a Market Analyst will be able to achieve - both for himself or herself and the company - when spending only a few hours daily analyzing the markets.
