      You get to work with a multicultural team of hard working and passionate individuals. Autonomy of work and remote working is always a plus.... Get to learn a lot and develop.

      -The company is growing so there are lots of opportunities -Flexible working hours with a flexible workspace, my boss once told me I can work from the moon if I would like (as far as the work is done) . FundCount understands work-life balance and respects that -Management provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas, and continually encourages growth, both personally and professionally -Friendly culture which helps create mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved in various projects based on your interest -A place you can call home, many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others -Everyone around is always Happy to Help, which makes the workplace special

      Cons

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at FundCount.

      - Everyone Is Extremely Helpful and Approachable. - There Is a Family-Like Environment. You Know This When You Can Easily & Freely Approach the CEO And Ask Advice or Just Talk in General. - Feedbacks Are Taken into Consideration and There Is Always an Open Approach to More Improvements. - Remote Work Is Taken into Heavy Adaptation and Consideration, Which Is a Good Thing as The World Moves Forward with Technological Advancements, This Seems to Be the Way Forward Involving Remote Work Principles and Structure. - Appreciation for Your Work and Given the Benefits as Such. This Is a Key Point as Many Businesses Still Lack the Idea of Employee Gratitude and Appreciation, Who Are the Driving Force Of Any Organization. - Freedom of Creativity, Expression & Work is Always Welcome & Encouraged.

      Cons

      - As Always with Any Situation, There Is Room for Improvement Regarding Adopting Remote Work & Management Principles and Workflows with The Use of Technology, Even Though FundCount Is Never Shy to Adopt New Technology. - As With Having Large Remote Work Teams, It Is Possible That There Can Be Disconnects Within Teams. This Could Be Improved as Well. - Having Remote Teams Working in Different Time Zones Could Possibly Lead to Time Lapses in Projects, However There Is Room for Improvement, and This Is Also Tackled Well by Assigning A Time Zone To Teams Based On Projects As Well. - On-Boarding Needs Improvement as There is an Environment of Self-Study which not be Suitable for Everyone.
