Small, supportive, and friendly team. Work from home. Excellent work-life balance, lots of corporate team-building events.

Cons

Hard to get all the people together due to the long distances that some of them have to travel for the major company celebrations.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. As a smaller company, we’ve recently added a few things to our workspace that support the virtual world we work in. We just added a monthly internal newsletter, some online fun chat & banter sessions and have asked for more feedback and ideas from our team to keep improving. Being a remote company, there are some challenges that will always exist with trying to connect, but we’ll keep working on it.
