      Pros

      Great company culture, strong leadership, and a healthy work environment. I’ve had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects with talented people, while also having trust, autonomy, and space to grow professionally.

      Cons

      As with many fast-growing companies, some processes can still be improved, especially around cross-team alignment, salary reviews and documentation. Nothing major, but there is room to make collaboration even smoother.

      Pros

      Exposure to notable clients and gain experience. Good placeholder to potentially find a better long term opportunity.

      Cons

      No growth plan here their goal to is place you so you can bill at a client but beyond that you are just a number a on a spreadsheet. It’s just another staffing company in different package that is trying to sign you as cheaply as possible to exploit your labor. They will cast you aside as soon as you’re no longer useful to them.
