Pros

You will learn an incredible amount about the industry, working in tech and how to get better at your role. It's an extremely talent dense team - your coworkers are very smart, and will push you to be better (you will be expected to do the same for them). It's a growing company and the work is genuinely interesting - no day looks the same, the team is invested in your individual growth, and you'll be exposed to most (if not all) parts of the business. Leadership genuinely encourages taking time off - the expectation is to get your work done well, and take the time off that you need to do so. It's fast paced - no red tape, changes are made quickly and transparently, and you don't have to wait weeks, months, etc to see and experience new processes/features/etc. As other reviews have mentioned, there's no real hierarchical culture. You interact with and have access to all levels of people (brand new employees to the CEO). There's no ego - everyone is working with the same goal of making the software better, as quickly as possible. Fulfil really cares about their customers - more so than any other SaaS company I've worked at. Customer experience and feedback are actually prioritized here. Feedback is freely given and you're expected to give it as well - it creates a very transparent culture, and you will always know where you stand and what you need to work on, as well as what you're doing well.

Cons

If you don't identify as a self starter or can work independently with ambiguity, this is likely not a good fit. Due to the fast paced nature of the business, things are continually changing and adaptability is required. There is a lot of work to be done - this is a rapidly growing company, and work-life balance can be difficult. You will need to navigate this for yourself. The open feedback culture is a learning curve - giving and getting public feedback is not common at most companies I've worked at previously, and you need to become comfortable with this.

Pros

Effort is tied to your work, not your tenure. Put in the work and become a reliable resource for internal and external teams, and you get clear growth. I have seen people promoted in under a year. You always know what you need to do to reach the next level. People are proactive and happy to talk about your growth anytime, with feedback on what is going well and what you are missing. Feedback is deeply rooted in the culture. Most of the time it is about something you are lacking at, and in most cases it has helped people improve. Even at 10 years old it still runs like an early stage startup, with a lot of ambiguity, ownership and urgency. It has helped me drive end to end outcomes you do not really get in most corporate roles. You get the tools to succeed. AI tools, a new laptop, anything that helps you do your job better. No red tape, make your case and you usually get it within a week. Pay is good and hikes are reciprocal to the work you put in. Vacation policy is good too. No hierarchy. You can work directly with the CEO and leadership, and push back when your point makes sense and learn from the best. We get to work closely with engineering, Customer Success teams and understand how they operate.

Cons

Not for people looking for a relaxed role. It gets really high intensity at times, especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The culture is still evolving and can feel ambiguous at times, but the team has been pushing wellbeing and runs company events. Very tech-heavy and AI native company, so you have to stay proactive and keep up with tech and AI, can be challenging if you donot quickly adapt to tech. Most of the product consulting team works EST hours since customers are in North America.

Pros

The flat structure creates a fast-paced environment with virtually no office politics. The meeting load is extremely light—usually just a daily standup—and your saturdays are protected. The scale of the product is insane, meaning your work directly impacts a massive customer base. The colleagues around you are incredibly smart, and it’s great to see AI being heavily integrated into both the product and internal team workflows.

Cons

Because the team is so lean, the workload can be crushing, and you will likely have to stay late in the office to sync with the US team. There is a severe lack of structural definition. In fact, you often don't even realize you "own" a system or process until it breaks—only to be put on the spot and asked to explain why it failed.
