Pros
salary is enough, if you do overtime work ,salary is paid difinitely(it,s not usual in japan ) and you can experience variety of job places.
Cons
support for employee is not enough, a lot of bosses doesn,t know much about how to create products(some bosses can,t write codes !) so, they don,t know how to support employees, they say “just do it!”
