Pros

-flexible and no fixed schedule of when u should work

Cons

-content creator leads are very clique-y -most important POINT: it is false job advertising, they do not pay u $15 an hour.. so i had probation for 2 weeks and u are required to upload 1 video every single day and u have to cater to the content/niche they want and u have to cater to what effects and style they want which obviously consumes a lot of time right? So I calculated the hours and say if someone were to spend 1 hour everyday on making 1 video everyday and $15x14days = $210 and i kid u not u will not be able to spend only 1 hour u have to put like at least 2 hours so yeah basically u get $150 for 2 week probation even if u work the amount that u should deserve $210. Dont waste your time on this lol even retail is better -app is SUPER laggy and the fact that u have to upload a qualitative video everyday using that laggy app, you will go insane

Pros

you can create any tiktok videos, any content and any format using their Frever app

Cons

The first 2 weeks is probation when they hire you. You have to create 7 videos a week, and upload them every day. They didn't provide you clear feedbacks to improve your video, and didn't set up any goals and objectives. Bascially, you just have to rely on yourself to create video, make your videos go viral, maybe at least 10k views? After 2 weeks, if your video content does not go viral, or you receive limited likes, they will just fire you and said you cannot meet the probation.... (but u know, sometimes the video can't go viral doesn't mean that you didn't put effort to it)... Weird payment system, and most of the content creators are just being hired for 2 weeks if they can't make viral content
