      Horrible leadership, specially Owner Tony. Work at the mall you will make more money. You will be hired to do one job but then expected to do 5 more. WITHOUT EXTRA COMPENSATION. No work place respect Profanity is the culture at Freightcom No equipment will be provided in a timely fashion. No respect for ones position or Job You will not grow with this company.

      Family business Promotion based on friendships and ties Leader is heartless and requires anger management. Poor pay Long hours of work (no appreciation or recognition) Employer is only looking after their bottom line.

      Wonderful Company, the Best People

      Pros

      I've worked in many companies in my 15-year career and this is honestly the best set of people I've worked with. The level of support you receive from the management is fantastic - from my own boss to the CEO/Owner - they are truly people who work on being good leaders by being humans first. And that reflects in the rest of the team as well. The work itself was great but easy - not that I mind that - it gave me time to pursue my passions! I learnt a lot about marketing from my boss and that's saying a lot, considering I've been writing for 15 years. I would never have left had it not been for the fact that I was pursuing my passion in conservation. Very very highly recommended - this is a dream place for any person who wants a non-toxic, supportive environment in which to grow their career.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, other than the long drive for me from Toronto to Bolton (though 41 kms in 35 minutes is not all that bad!)
