      I’ve had the privilege of working at Frazer for over 25 years, starting at the ground level and growing alongside the company. Throughout my journey, I’ve experienced a workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Frazer isn’t just a company—it’s a community. The people here are what make the experience truly exceptional. I’ve always felt supported and empowered to stretch my wings, contribute ideas, and help bring those ideas to life. That sense of ownership and trust has helped me grow not just as a professional, but as a person. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for project management and take pride in presenting Frazer in the most professional light possible. I’m always looking for ways to help the company evolve and improve, because I believe in what we do and the impact we make in the world of mobile healthcare. Frazer has given me more than a job—it’s given me a career with purpose. I’m proud to be a part of this journey and excited about the future we’re building together.

      Honestly, after 23 years, it’s hard to find a real “con.” Like any workplace, there are challenges, but they’re typically opportunities in disguise — chances to grow, improve, or innovate.
