Interview
You would've thought I was interviewing to be the President of the United States....an hour or so of aggressive versus assertive lines of questioning. You can tell they want a yes-man (pushover) that knows how to work autonomously which is fine for an assisting position but the presentation was very aggressive. If you're this aggressive during an interview, what will working for the company be like? The interviewer was probably just eager but she spoke over me multiple times, she described the operations team in a very cliquey/ cult type of way. I can definitely infer that their online reviews are a reflection of who they are as a company. While they are growing and pay well, the turnover and this position has been open for a long period of time and its for a reason. Just wanted to be sure to put this out there for anyone seeking to apply. I'm not in dire need of money or a new position thankfully. Use your discernment.
A Talent Acquisition team member reached out & requested availability for a phone screen. Basic employment history questions are asked during this screening. After about a week, an invitation for an on-site interview was received.
