    Pros

    Frontline staffs are friendly Many casual/part time jobs available

    Cons

    HR is very hard to reach once you are employed - not for the management team though Management team at some sites see staffs as numbers, not addressing staff safety concerns or mental distress Doubtful infection control - previously being told off&pointed on ward for wearing a mask (another "option" is to go home without pay) during covid Need to check own pay stub regularly - they miscalculated my pay several times e.g. missing one day
