I worked at Fraser Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good people with kind work environment. Enjoyed working with the the team as well as other teams.

    Cons

No sense of urgency and slow processes which creates questions around our use of tax payers dollars. This was one of the main reasons for leaving as I did not want to "know" how the processes are so wasteful. This was not in a clinical setting.

    Advice to Management

Review if you really need some programs; programs should be created that will enhance the end customer experience and safety or the safety of the worker.
