When I challenged this, the only explanation given was that I used notes to do my work—a claim that was baseless and impossible for my remote manager to verify.
Delays in Obtaining Resources: Access to necessary systems and tools was often delayed by weeks. I frequently had to seek help from others to expedite processes my manager had promised to handle.
HR Inconsistencies: My offer letter indicated that benefits would start immediately. Despite repeated inquiries over 1.5 months, I was eventually told that, as a Canadian, I would have to wait three months. This discrepancy caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.
Pay: Poor compensation.
Overall, my experience was marked by a lack of communication, support, and organization. I hope the company addresses these systemic issues for the sake of future employees.
