      Remote work and coworkers who try their best with bad circumstances where management changes direction on a whim for the sake of the sale

      Poor management and training. Lack of professionalism and commitment to create an operationally suitable world environment only drive was to sell the business and hold sales conventions and awards

      pay was decent at the time.

      Cons

      Richard Dinan. management was insane there and it was totally normal for a woman to leave a meeting in tears. awful work culture and high turnaround rates. they'd have contractors working after hours and ask them to not log the time
