      Great Culture within the teams based in the US Open and Direct access to stakeholders Lean Teams Visionary founders Business has an interesting problem to solve in the Taxation market

      No standard practices are being followed across teams, processes keep changing quite frequently Remote teams are often ignored The synergy between internal teams is difficult, which creates a lot of confusion and frequent changes in decisions or requirements

      Pros

      Formations values people above all and wants to do good for those in need. The compensation is good, and the benefits are as well. We have a great culture. Both CEO and COO are always open to help and working together with anything that any team needs.

      No cons for me. I'm surrounded by great people, having a lot of fun, and loving what I do and why.

      Unhealthy work/life balance, senior management does not treat everyone equally even from the start, one of the owners is exceptional, but the other owner destroys that, way too many unnecessary meetings.
