      Pros

      - Great team environment, everyone works towards the same goal, no office politics -Very helpful and approachable managers, everyone's an open book and very willing to help and coach - The entire company is flexible and agile, can adapt to new ideas and tools rapidly - Open to ideas and suggestions - Treats employees well, full remote with an office at headquarters if necessary, company retreats and team retreats - A lot of space to grow and learn

      - The usual startup crunch, high pressure, fast pace, etc. - The company recently received funding, beware of (unlikely) potential changes of company culture

      Be careful of the boss Cedric who is full of himself and rude many times. Small companies are never that great. As with any reviews it’s the negative ones you need to read not the positive ones. Who really leaves a positive review on glass door, dedicated employees lol? No one. However, it’s the negative reviews that hold the truth. Think twice about this company.

      Wonderful Distributed Software Company To Work For

      Pros

      Pros of working here: - Friendly group of like-minded individuals all trying to make the best product possible - Super-remote friendly! Most of the staff works remote around the world. - They provide your laptop (I have a MacBook Air) - Good benefits: a monthly stipend goes into your HSA account and they have 401K matching - You'll learn a TON working for this company; since it's super-distributed, documentation is key here, and there's plenty to learn by looking at old staff chats, etc. - An awesome annual retreat where the whole company gets together for fun and chilling! (Last year, we took a boat / jet skis out on a lake and toured a distillery ...)

      Cons

      Cons of working here: - Not many to speak of, but don't expect a massive silicon-valley type pay scale. - Remote work isn't for everyone; if you're a very social creature, it may prove difficult for you to adjust (although we chat with each other all day).
