- Excellent engineering team with soft approach to newer members - Engineers have lots of knowledge and are willing to share - Interesting product that uses lots of technologies that you will experience and learn

Cons

- Over Engineering - Management makes a lot promises that they can't honor - Cannot bring in new customers - Values engineers that play corporate politics instead of work delivered

Good technology, great engineers, decent pay

Cons

Layoffs is the norm, they do not care how many lives they are impacting. You are just a number and they need to show good numbers to investors, which most of the time translates into laying off people. They had bad numbers and ended up blaming it on engineering??? If you don't know how to drive product decisions and how to sell a product, the engineers are not the problem.
