      I have worked here for several years. FFL is committed to serving and sustaining its employees and customers. There is a strong camaraderie amongst our teams and a genuine passion to make a difference. The work we do and culture gives back. FFL has provided me with a very satisfying career.

      Folks that have left negative comments about FFL haven't been around the block.

      - work environment is good (outside of leadership) - Alot of employee events

      Cons

      - did not provide sick leave (forced to use PTO) - Not open to hybrid/ WFH environments - DEI is non existent - Leadership is close minded

      We appreciate feedback from all employees, past and present. One of our Core Values is to “Find Better Ways” and we take constructive criticism seriously. Unfortunately, this review is written with suspiciously vague language that doesn’t provide much of an opportunity for a direct response. There are a lot of generic buzzwords throughout the review, and the wording choices don’t match the internal language used at Forensic Fluids Laboratories. Review sites like this can be valuable for prospective job seekers, but we encourage the reader to think critically and be wary of comments like this in today’s world of paid Amazon reviews and ChatGPT clones.” This is an unfortunate reality of Glassdoor allowing reviews of a company by anyone, regardless if they have ever worked there.
